This tutorial shows you how to make a ringtone from a video clip. If the tutorial clip is going a little bit too fast for you, you can follow these steps:
1) At first I selected the videoclip from where I want to extract the audio.
2) The videoclip opens automaticly in the mediaplayer. When the video clip has fully loaded you can click 'create ringtone' right down below. Clicking the red button opens a new option screen and a start and and point appear.
These start and end marks you can drag across the timebar to the specific point you choose.
3) When you have chosen your preferred start and ending you can preview your selection by clicking preview. If you want to adjust then drag the start and ending markings.
When clicking 'preview' three fields appear in where you can specify additional information like title, a short description and tags.
4) When you're finished, click 'create'. yoMedia automaticly will process your selection. When yoMedia is finished processing, you'll find your selection als a Mp3-file in 'myFiles'
5) Go to myFiles. From here you can download your selection to your computer.
Note: this tag does not work on all kinds of forums. It should work on phpBB3, and only works on SMF if the administrator has allowed to embed flash movies.
